I went to the woods...because I needed to exercise.

As I walked and ran...well it was closer to a crawl...through the lovely scenery that makes up the Georgia State Botanical Gardens, I couldn't help feeling surrounded by God's presence. His fingerprints are visible in every tree, leaf, and flower. Though I took the long way through rough terrain and it was about 200 degrees F, I was at complete ease as I sat on a perfectly placed stone and gazed into the treetops. I could sit there lost in thought all day...In the midst of the chaos that is the Classic City, I found a sanctuary.
This is the beautiful little chapel nestled among the stillness of the garden.
This was my view as I sat in the middle of absolute wilderness. :)
Photos never do scenes like this justice.
 Staring out through the trees.
More random trees. They were soooo green.
A blurry squirrel. He had actually posed for this one, but it's not very clear. :o(
Quaint little bridge overlooking a cute little pond.
Random place to sit and ponder.

Much deeper than snow... The strongest love we'll know we'll ever know. - Beauty and the Beast: E.C.

Okay...so strange strangeness has occurred. Last night I dreamed that I was watching the play "Beauty and the Beast" and it was all strange, etc. Well before I had fallen asleep I was reading in Revelation 4 about the four creatures seated around the Throne. Upon arriving home from church, I googled images of said creatures because, you know, I wanted to see if some great artist had tried to capture this magnificent sight that is a representation of all things worshiping before Almighty God. The image below was on the first page Google produced.

I'm not following, but I'll go along with it.
When I have any piece of understanding as to how this relates...I will update.

AC: Whats not to like about you? Your agressive, sarcastic, and you never shut up. Lois:Yeah and those are my good qualities.

So this Friday we shall all bid adieu to the show that made high school that much more tolerable for me- Smallville. Though Kal-El has yet to don the red and blue cape, we can be certain that the last episode will leave us knowing the streets of Metropolis are safe in the capable hands of Cla..I mean Superman. I am quite excited about the reappearance of Lex, Martha, Jonathan, Chloe, and Lana. I am wondering where Pete ran off to in the 3rd-ish season...

Smallville...you will be sorely missed. It has been an amazing run! :)

how it must begin...

We have landed in the middle of the most magnificent story.
All of creation holds its breath.
The dew is glistening and the air is silent and crisp.
The sunrise is coming.
